St. Louis, MO – As this year's class of St. Louis Public School seniors accepts its diplomas, students will leave behind a district in transition.
Budget woes, charter school expansions and the impending loss of academic accreditation have created a 'perfect storm' of problems for district administrators.
And, as KWMU's Adam Allington reports, many parents are wondering what to do.
