St. Louis, MO. – The Missouri Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Tuesday in an eminent domain case involving Centene Plaza and several Clayton property owners.

The corporation wants to acquire property using eminent domain for its $210 million dollar office and retail complex.

Last month a state court of appeals sided with property owners saying the land should not be considered blighted.

The appeals court sent the matter to the State Supreme Court citing the importance of the case.

Three owners at the development site had opposed the use of condemnation.
