St. Louis, MO – There's another closure today (Monday) as part of the big I-64 reconstruction project. The ramp from southbound Hanley to westbound I-64 is closing as part of the big I-64 reconstruction project.

The ramp's closure will allow for more home demolition.

Today's closure does not affect the ramp from northbound Hanley to west I-64, though that ramp is also slated for closure (in June).

On Sunday, I-64 re-opened ahead of schedule where the Tamm Avenue overpass used to stand. That bridge was blown up Friday night and will be replaced.

It's the first of more than two dozen bridges that will either be rebuilt or rehabbed as part of the $535 million, 10-mile project.
