Springfield, Ill. – Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is traveling the state this week to build support for his tax plan. He'll be in Alton on Wednesday.
The governor wants to put a charge on business transactions as a way to bring in billions of dollars for schools and health care.
But while he hopes to sell the public on the idea, his biggest obstacle could come from under the Capitol dome.
