Springfield, Ill. – Illinois' Governor will this week call for a massive tax increase on businesses to help pay for an expansion of health care coverage.
More details are expected when Rod Blagojevich delivers his budget address tomorrow (Wed).
But as Illinois Public Radio's Sean Crawford reports, some people have already made up their minds.
