St. Louis, MO – You're probably not alone if you're just now learning there's a primary election Tuesday in St. Louis City.
Compared to the roar of last fall's U.S. Senate and stem cell campaigns, Tuesday's races are hardly making a whimper.
But one of the city's most powerful jobs is on the ballot: President of the Board of Alderman. Incumbent Jim Shrewsbury faces a challenge from Alderman Lewis Reed.
