St. Louis – Authorities have found a 13-year-old boy missing since Monday and another boy who has been missing since 2002 alive in a suburban St. Louis apartment.
Ben Ownby and 15-year-old Shawn Hornbeck were found in Kirkwood.
The apartment belongs to 41-year-old Michael Devlin. He has been charged with kidnapping. Prosecutors say more charges are likely to follow.
Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke says Shawn Hornbeck identified himself to authorities when he was found at the home.
Ben was last seen Monday, when he stepped off his school bus.
Hornbeck disappeared from his home in rural Washington County in 2002.
Toelke says both boys appeared unharmed and have been reunited with their families.
