St. Louis, MO – In the Midwest, socked by a winter storm, four more deaths have been reported in Missouri, pushing the toll to 19.
Hundreds of thousands are still waiting for electricity to be restored. Temperatures across much of the region hovered in the teens and 20s Monday, slowing down cleanup efforts.
