St. Louis, MO. – Authorities in Richmond Heights have charged four adults with disorderly conduct and other crimes following a fight Saturday at the Galleria Mall.
Police made more than a dozen arrests, including several juveniles.
Richmond Heights Police Sergeant Marty Votaw says about 50 people were involved in the brawl, but it started with just a few.
We know what led to the original fight between an adult and a juvenile. It was a pickup basketball game at the Center of Clayton. They had an argument in Clayton and it carried over here. After the original fight, we don't know what precipitated the rest of the fights, Votaw said.
Votaw says the St. Louis County Family Court is handling the juvenile cases.
The Galleria Mall management says in a statement the fight was a rare and isolated incident.
