Kansas City, MO – The outcome of Tuesday's election isn't so much about candidate positions or television ads anymore, as it is getting supporters to the polls to actually vote.
"The Ground Game," as it's called, always has been key, but Republicans have taken it to new levels in recent years. They use advanced data methods to find voters and get them to care enough to vote.
Now, Missouri Democrats are also going high-tech in an effort to get their candidate elected in a close U.S. Senate race.
