St. Louis, MO – Politicians, business leaders and investors from around the country are in St. Louis this week to talk about reducing U.S. dependence on foreign oil.

The conference, being held at America's Center, will feature a speech Thursday by President Bush.

KWMUs science reporter Robert Frederick has been following how taxpayer money is being spent on biofuels, and has this preview of the conference, which opened Tuesday night.
