East St. Louis, Ill. – There will be a funeral at noon today (Friday) in East St. Louis for a woman and her three children who were killed earlier this month.
Prosecutors say a long-time friend of Jimella Tunstall, 23, killed her and cut her fetus from her womb. They also say they're investigating whether Tiffany Hall killed Tunstall's three children.
Meanwhile, officials say more than $35,000 has been raised to help Tunstall's family.
Tunstall's body was found September 21st in a weedy East St. Louis lot. Two days later, her three children were found decomposing in their apartment unit's washer and dryer.
Tiffany Hall is charged in the slayings of Tunstall and her fetus. Authorities are scrutinizing her in the children's deaths.
Money raised in recent days will defray funeral expenses. Remaining donations will be given to Catholic Charities.
