Kansas City, MO – The two main party candidates for U.S. Senate have agreed to what will be their fifth and final debate.
Republican incumbent Jim Talent and Democratic challenger Claire McCaskill will debate on October 18 in Kansas City, at the University Academy charter school.
It's being sponsored by KCUR-FM, KMBC-TV, KCPT-TV, and the Independence Examiner.
Talent and McCaskill had their first debate one week ago. They're also scheduled to meet October 8 on NBCs "Meet the Press." Other debates are scheduled for October 11th in St. Louis and October 16th in Springfield.
