St. Louis, MO – A toddler was hospitalized yesterday (Monday) after falling 20 feet to the pavement at the City Museum.
The one-year-old girl's name and condition are not known. She slipped through a previously undetected hole in a three-story play space.
Museum owner Bob Cassilly says he is broken-hearted over the accident. The area where the accident happened is shut down until the gap is sealed.
The City Museum has become a popular downtown attraction, drawing nearly five million people in its ten-year existence.
