St. Louis, MO – Governor Matt Blunt officially gets a new chief of staff Friday.
Ed Martin is replacing Ken McClure, who's leaving for a job at Missouri state University.
Martin until now has been chairman of the St. Louis Election Board. The governor this week named Kimberly Mathis to take that job. She can begin work immediately, though the state Senate still needs to approve her nomination once lawmakers return to Jefferson City.
