St. Louis – Officials with the agency that operates St. Louis' light rail system continue to investigate after a piece of equipment fell onto a train, smashing a window and causing minor injuries.
One passenger on the MetroLink train was taken to a hospital for cuts from the broken glass. Four others were treated at the scene.
The incident happened at 10:10 Monday night near a MetroLink station in Forest Park.
About 75 people on the train were taken by bus to other stops or to their homes.
The line reopened at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday.
