St. Louis, MO – The Humane Society is again warning people about leaving animals in cars after a dog died this week inside a 104-degree car at Forest Park Community College.
The eight-month-old Sharpei had been inside the car for at least two hours. But the Humane Society says just a few minutes can be fatal.
The dog's owner could face charges, but so far, none have been filed.
