Chicago, Ill. – Arizona Senator John McCain will be in the Metro-East on Saturday to attend a campaign event for Judy Baar Topinka. Topinka is the Republican nominee for Illinois Governor, trying to unseat incumbent Rod Blagojevich.
She got help raising money last week from President Bush when he stopped in Chicago. And she'll get more help this week from former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani before Saturday's event with McCain in Fairview Heights.
Both Giuliani and McCain have been touted as possible presidential candidates for 2008.
