Belleville, Ill. – A St. Louis teenager charged as an adult in the stabbing deaths of a Belleville hairdresser and two of his elderly clients was arraigned Thursday.
Seventeen-year-old Darrell Lane has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder and ordered held in lieu of $3 million dollars bond.
Lane has pleaded not guilty.
He surrendered to authorities Wednesday night, five days after he was charged with the 2005 slayings of hair stylist Michael Cooney, and sisters Dorothy Bone and Doris Fischer.
