St. Louis, MO – A former Prime Minister of Bosnia now running for president of that country says his nation needs a new constitution before it can move beyond years of ethnic tension.

Haris Silajdzic is visiting Bosnian expatriates in several American cities this week, including St. Louis. He's the chairman and founder of the Party for Bosnia-Herzegovina, a Muslim organization that wants major governmental reforms.

He told KWMUs Matt Sepic the Dayton Peace Accords signed in 1995 ended the war, but now it's time for a real constitution.
