Jefferson City, MO – Legislation now on the desk of Governor Matt Blunt would set up a virtual school' in Missouri.
The vision is that sick, disabled, or home-schooled children, or those who are failing in a traditional school could go to class online, either part-time or full-time.
The proposal got overwhelming support on Tuesday, but not before a few questions were raised over costs.
