Southwest MO Town Raising a Stink over Biofuel Plant

By Greg Allen, NPR

Carthage, MO – Residents of the southwest Missouri town of Carthage were so offended by the nauseating smell coming from a biofuel plant that Missouri Governor Matt Blunt recently closed it down.
