Springfield, Ill – Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich says there has been progress since he came into office, but that there's more work to do.
During his annual State of the State speech in Springfield Wednesday, the governor talked about new programs and outlined his accomplishments.
But Republicans say the governor failed to tell the whole story.
