Valley Park, MO – A proposed redevelopment has some people nervous in the small St. Louis County town of Valley Park.
A developer there has been buying options on properties in a 500-acre area near the Meramec River levee.
Some residents say they're not being offered fair prices, and still more people say they fear eminent domain will be used against their will.
