Topinka officially enters race for IL Governor
Springfield, Ill. – Illinois Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka formally entered the race for Governor on Wednesday.
In doing so, she took aim at current Democratic governor Rod Blagojevich.
But her more immediate concern will be getting through a crowded field of fellow Republicans in the primary.
