St. Louis, MO – A top administrator at the St. Louis school district is leaving for Pittsburgh.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports Lynn Spampinato will become a deputy superintendent in that city's school system.
Spampinato has been in St. Louis just over a year. She's overseen an effort to implement a new curriculum, with the hope of making instruction consistent from school to school.
Spampinato is originally from Pittsburgh. She'll leave in the next month for her new job.
