St. Louis, MO – A minor earthquake shook the St. Louis region Thursday night at about 11:00.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the so-called "micro-quake" was centered about two miles outside the Metro-East town of Cahokia.
It registered 2.5 on the Richter scale. There are no reports of damage, though people did report feeling the tremor.
