St. Louis, MO – A former director of the St. Louis City Health Department is getting his old job back.
Today (Monday) is William Kinkaid's first day on the job that he previously held for six years in the 80s and 90s.
The city health department has not had a permanent leader since Hugh Stallworth resigned almost two years ago. Stallworth's resignation came just a day before he was to meet with the mayor to address questions about Stallworth's leadership.
