St. Louis, MO – 
Voters in St. Louis's 24th Ward will decide Tuesday whether to keep their alderman.
A group of residents there signed enough petitions to force what will be the second recall vote in the City this year.
Supporters say Alderman Tom Bauer is strong-arming his will on the ward. But Bauer says he wouldn't change a thing, saying the measure of the job he's done lies in the amount of new construction going on.
