St. Louis, MO – A portion of Highway 370 in St. Louis County was renamed on Tuesday the "Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway," in rememberance of a police officer who died there in January.
Armstrong died in January when his patrol car was struck head on by a drunk driver. An off-duty University City officer, Stephen Bastean, was driving the wrong way on Highway 370.
Bastean also died in the crash.
Armstrong was 31 years old.
