Washington, DC – Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft will open a consulting company in Washington, D.C.
It will advise clients on issues like homeland security and law enforcement. It will also provide crisis counseling and security and internal investigative services to corporations and other organizations.
Ashcroft served as Missouri governor and U.S. Senator before President Bush named him the nation's top law enforcement officer during his first term.
Ashcroft spent most of his four years as Attorney General on the fight against terrorism after September 11th.
