St. Louis, MO – St. Louis-based Charter Communications announced this morning (Tuesday) that company president and CEO Carl Vogel has resigned.
No reason was given for the resignation. Vogel had headed up the company for more than three years.
Robert May will become the company's interim President and CEO. He's currently on Charter's Board of Directors and is also chairman of the Board of HealthSouth Corporation.
