Springfield, MO – Missouri Governor Bob Holden is finishing his fourth and final year in office. He was defeated in the August primary by fellow Democrat Claire McCaskill. McCaskill, the state Auditor, then lost in the November election to Republican Matt Blunt.
Missouri Public Radio's Missy Shelton spoke to Governor Holden as he prepeared to leave office. The interview is airing in two parts on KWMU.
