Charges Filed in Foster Child Murder

By AP/KWMU

St. Louis, MO – A man was charged Tuesday night with killing a 16-year old foster child, just hours after the teen's funeral.

Dominic Williams was found strangled and dumped in a trash can in St. Louis.

Police say Andrew Roberson, 34, of St. Louis, now faces a charge of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Williams had lived in at least five foster homes and two group homes in the St. Louis area. He was a freshman at Beaumont High School and was last seen by a state worker and his foster mother June first.
