Ste. Genevieve, MO – Environmental groups in Missouri are trying to block construction of a cement plant that, when completed, would be one of the largest cement plants in the United States. And they're not alone in raising questions about the facility.
Federal regulators are also worried that the plant could worsen ozone problems elsewhere in the state.
