St. Louis, MO – A New York-based magazine that promotes healthy living says St. Louis has the worst air quality of the 125 cities surveyed.
Organic Style analyzed more than 5,000 pieces of data from sources including NASA and the Centers for Disease Control. It studied factors ranging from ozone levels to fertilizers. Santa Fe, NM was ranked first in air quality. The survey examined toxic releases and agricultural pollution, as well. Columbia, Mo. ranks the ninth healthiest city. Kansas City is 106th.
