Columbia, MO – Former Missouri basketball player Ricky Clemons completed a 60-day jail sentence Sunday.
He was jailed last month after a judge says he violated terms that had allowed him to stay in a halfway house for a false imprisonment conviction.
Clemons' athletic scholarship was taken away when he was dismissed from the basketball team. He is also no longer enrolled as a student at UM.
Clemons must serve two years of supervised probation for another guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault.
He was arrested in January after his former girlfriend told police that he choked her, pulled her hair and wouldn't allow her to leave his apartment for more than an hour after she refused to watch the movie "Roots" with him.
