St. Louis, MO – 
Faced with declining enrollment, an old building and funding issues, Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School needed big changes to survive.
It got them in the form of a brand new school that opened Monday morning.
KWMU's Hillary Wicai prepared this report on the Catholic High School with the mission of educating minority students in an urban setting.
