St. Louis, MO – The $52 million Blanche Touhill Performing Arts Center is nearing its opening date. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held September 23; four days before the first ever show at the center.
The late Gregory Hines was supposed to perform on the 27th but his protege, Savion Glover, will instead perform a tribute to the dancer and actor.
