The commission that was set up to regulate taxicabs in St. Louis City and County has been in power for more than a month. The group isn't yet moved into permanent office space, and some lawsuits are still trying to see that they never do.
The transition into new regulations has been controversial among drivers for months now and some drivers are still opposing the change. They say the Commission is taking away their rights and livelihood. KWMU'S Tom Weber prepared this report.
