Area Red Cross Desperate for Blood Donations

St. Louis, MO – The American Red Cross in St. Louis says its blood supply is so low, everything will be gone by this weekend.

The agency says it needs 3,500 donations by Sunday to stabilize the blood supply and is holding a number of emergency blood drives this weekend.

Blood Drives

Friday, July 4
- Westfield Shoppingtown South County - 10a.m. to 2p.m.
- Tri-Township Senior Center, Troy, Ill. - 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 5
- St. Charles 18 Theater - 2 to 6p.m.
- St. Anthony's Wellness Center, Alton, Ill. - 11a.m. to 3p.m.
- Mid Rivers Mall, St. Peters - 11a.m. to 5p.m.
- Westfield Shoppingtown Northwest, St. Ann - 10a.m. to 2p.m.
