Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich outlined his budget plan to lawmakers Wednesday. As he unveiled the $52.4 billion dollar plan, he told the Legislature there would be some things in the budget they wouldn't like.
As for the reaction of lawmakers, Blagojevich was right. Illinois Public Radio's Bill Wheelhouse prepared this report.
