St. Louis, Mo. – St. Louis's second-biggest beermaker is opening a new brewery in the suburb Maplewood Monday.
Schlafly Beer has a microbrewery near downtown, but it has previously bottled its beer in Minnesota. Today the bottle works officially move to St. Louis, and shut down the Minnesota operation.
The new brewery on Southwest Avenue will include a gift shop, bar, and beer garden. A restaurant is planned for later this year.
