Washington, DC – The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Monday in the case of a St. Louis County dentist.
Lawyers will argue whether the government has the right to forcibly inject anti-psychotic drugs to make Charles Sell mentally fit for trial.
Sell is accused of submitting bogus claims to Medicaid and private insurance companies for dental services. He's in a prison hospital, diagnosed with a delusional disorder.
His lawyers, though, say he's not dangerous and shouldn't have the medicine forced on him.
