The Continental's been rehabbed, the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts has been built, a new high school is under construction and St. Louis University has just announced plans for a new arena. The Grand Center District is undergoing tremendous change. But as KWMU's Hillary Wicai reports it's just the beginning thanks to some creative financing.
