St. Louis, MO – A federal grand jury hands up indictments
against three St. Louis men in connection with the murder of a bank guard during a robbery last month.
Robert Bolden, Corteze Edwards and Dominick Price already face state charges of first-degree murder in the October seventh death of guard Nathan Ley. Ley was shot to death outside a Bank of America branch as he stepped in to stop an attempted robbery.
The grand jury indictment accuses the men of one count of conspiracy to rob a bank, one count of attempted bank robbery, and
one count of use or carrying of a firearm during a crime of violence. All of the charges are felonies.
Bolden is additionally charged with one felony count of being a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
All three men could face the death penalty.
