Sample Ballots And Polling Places For Illinois Primary

File photo | Rachel Heidenry | St. Louis Beacon

The news focus on Tuesday's Illinois primary has largely been on statewide or congressional races. However, issues and local races are also important. For those in the area who are looking for a clean list of what they will find on their ballots, different counties have different options.

St. Clair County voters can go to a website and find sample ballots. If they don’t know where to go to cast their ballots, they can find out at a state website or one run by the League of Women Voters.

In Madison County, voters can go to the County Clerk’s website and fill out a form to get a sample ballot and find your polling place.

For an earlier look at some of the candidates, check out a St. Louis Public Radio rundown.
