St. Louis, MO – Tom Lakin, who is currently serving a six-year federal prison sentence on charges that he hosted cocaine-fueled sex parties with minors, has been officially disbarred.
The former Madison County attorney pled guilty to drug charges last September, but charges of transporting a minor over state lines for sex were dropped by the U.S. government.
Lakin is serving his sentence at the minimum-security Forrest City Federal Correctional Institution in eastern Arkansas. He didn't object to being disbarred.
