St. Louis – Former Kirkwood Mayor Mike Swoboda is back in the hospital.
A spokeswoman at St. John's Mercy Medical Center said Swoboda is in satisfactory condition after falling at his home and fracturing his skull.
Swoboda was shot in the head during a City Council meeting in February when a disgruntled Kirkwood resident went on a shooting rampage and killed three city officials and two policemen.
