Jefferson City, MO – Missouri lawmakers head back to Jefferson City today (Monday) for the start of their final week of this year's spring session.
They're still battling over one of Governor Matt Blunt's top priorities for this year: Replacing the state's Medicaid system with his proposed Missouri HealthNet program.
